Open Marketplace

On the Open Market place vendors can show that they are interested in dealing with public buyers. Via the Open Market place they can easily make their directories searchable for buyers that they have an  agreement with. Similarly, public enterprises through this marketplace send a request for an offer in those cases where there is no notice requirement. This applies to goods and services for which they have no agreement.
Because there will always be competition, there will be a need to contact two to three suppliers, and the result of the request is agreed volume, price, delivery location, etc.
Open Market is available through eOrdre and can be made available via a standard interface (punch-out / roundtrip-OCI format) through your purchasing system.
