Search Tool - IBX Search Engine
To place an order, you must first search for the products. The search engine on the eProcurement Platform is the IBX Search Engine, which supports a wide range of call-off methods, including through traditional directories, price requests and requisitions, free text orders and punch-out to webshops.
The search engine can be used in combination with your procurement system via a standardized interface.
After selecting the product or service, add the selected products to the shopping cart in order to transfer them to the purchasing system. On the eProcuremet Platform, IBX eOrder can be used.
Via order approval, the order goes to the supplier, who confirms receipt.
To transmit orders, the use of GLN or some other unique machine-readable identifiers for delivery addresses are recommended. This is to allow suppliers to complete a fully integrated electronic process. The eProcuremen Platform provides electronic order confirmation and electronic invoices from suppliers, if buyers and suppliers want to use this.
