The purpose of the Collaboration Agreement is to establish a common template for electronic commerce that describes the electronic interaction between buyer and seller when the eProcurement platform is used.
Collaboration Agreement will be a link between the commercial agreement, between the buyer and seller, and the technical integration that sellers and buyers have chosen to implement for electronic trading. The Collaboration Agreement will help to ensure that processes, information flow and content, responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined at a general, non-technical level between the buyer and seller as a separate attachment to the commercial agreement.
Collaboration Agreement will help to ensure that buyers and sellers to the greatest extent possible set clear standards for their suppliers of eProcurement services and that this can be done by "non professionals".
It is recommended that "Collaboration-agreement-v2.5-description" is read before the collaboration agreement is signed.

Background to the Collaboration Agreement
Under management of Difi, a working group, consisting of participants of the eProcurement Platform, revised Cooperation Agreement for.
The aim of the work here is as follows:
• Update Collaborative Agreement catalogue part
The eProcurement Platform is now using only a catalogue file with both the product and pricing information in a single file. This is to prevent price files from containing products other than the catalogue file. When these files were sent separately, the product content became unsynchronous, which caused disruptions in operations.
• Simplification of the Collaboration Agreement.
Collaboration Agreement is the agreement document's text simplified and produced with comments for most fields. It was important to focus on the Collaboration Agreement acting as an everyday tool for the buyer and seller in the electronic process.
• Assign Cooperation Agreement relating to the commercial agreement.
Collaboration Agreement can serve as a stand-alone document, but in most cases supports the commercial agreement between a buyer and seller. The commercial agreement has been worked into the text of the Collaboration Agreement in order to form a stronger link with the commercial agreement.
